Eligibility: Smooth Your Ride ("the Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of
the United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in his/her state of residency
at the time of entry. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes
in the Sweepstakes: (a) any person who is a Smoothie King© franchisee or an employee, director, officer,
agent or independent contractor of a Smoothie King© franchisee; (b) any person who is an employee, director,
officer, agent or independent contractor of Smoothie King Franchises, Inc. or its parents or subsidiaries; (c)
any person who is an employee, director, officer, agent or independent contractor of Blue Competition Cycles or
its parents or subsidiaries; (d) individuals who are immediate family members (defined as spouse, IRS dependent,
biological or adoptive or step- mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, and each of their respective
spouses) of, or who reside in the same household as, any person in any of the preceding categories. Void outside
the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:01am EDT on October 3, 2009 and ends
at 11:59pm EDT on November 6, 2009. Winners will be selected from entries properly submitted and timely received.
How To Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes by completing an entry form at any participating
Smoothie King© in the Jacksonville area between October 3, 2009 and November 6, 2009. Entrants will have the
opportunity to receive promotional information from Smoothie King© stores in the Jacksonville area, but an
election not to receive such materials will NOT reduce the likelihood of winning. You may also enter the Sweepstakes
by mailing a postcard with your name, mailing address, email address, date of birth, and phone number to:

Postcard entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period and received by November 13, 2009 to be included
in the random drawing. All entries become the property of The Sponsors and will not be returned. The Sponsors
are not responsible for transmission and/or computer error.
Prizes/Odds of Winning: Two (2) Grand Prizes. Two (2) winners will each win one (1) Blue Triad
Multisport Bike. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of such prize is $4400. Three (3) Runners Up. Three (3) winners
will each win one (1) Blue RD1 road bike. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of such prize is $1995. Odds of winning
will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes will not be replaced if lost or stolen and
are not redeemable for cash. The Sponsors may substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any reason and any
depictions of the prize are for illustrative purposes only. All federal, state, local or other taxes and
incidental charges are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may have the opportunity to customize or
upgrade the prize at the winners’ expense.
Selection of Sweepstakes Winners: The potential Winners will be selected in a random drawing
from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be held on November 15, 2009 at Bike 26.2 with Donna
at Willowcove; Nocatee, Florida. Winners are not required to be present to win. Winners will be notified using
the phone number or email address provided on the entry form. Winners must respond within two weeks from the date
notified in order to claim the prize. Winners will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability
Release, and where legal, a Publicity Release and return the same, fully-executed, within seven (7) days from the
date winners claim the prize. Noncompliance with these time periods will result in disqualification and an
alternate winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The names of the winners of
the Sweepstakes will be available after November 16, 2009. To obtain this information, send a self-addressed

General Rules: By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound
by these Official Rules, and by the decisions of The Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects. By
participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsors, their
respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and other individuals engaged
in the development or execution of this sweepstakes, from any liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out
of or relating to their participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any
prize received in this Sweepstakes. Winners assume all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or
allegedly caused, by participating in the Sweepstakes or use or redemption of the prize. The Sponsors reserve
the right, in their sole discretion, to modify or terminate this Sweepstakes in the event of any act, occurrence,
or reason that Sponsors believe would corrupt the integrity, administration, or fairness of the Sweepstakes. The
Sponsors also reserve the right at Sponsors’ sole discretion to disqualify the Entry of any individual found to
be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any website
operated by the Sponsors; (b) using any robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods, which will
void all such entries; (c) violating these Official Rules or the terms of service, conditions of use, and/or
general rules of Sponsors property or services; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with
intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. All issues and questions concerning the construction,
validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of the Sponsors in
connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Louisiana without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the
application of any other state’s laws. Any cause of action, claim, suit or demand allegedly arising from or
related to the terms of the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules will be brought in the federal district or state
court in the judicial district in which the Sponsors have their principal place of business. By entering or
participating in the Sweepstakes, participants consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
